Board of Management
The Board of Management carries out the business of the Corporation as directed by the Members. It takes actions deemed necessary to enforce the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), By-laws and Rules and Regulations of the Corporation.
All members of the Board are volunteers. Nominations for the Board are submitted in November, and unit owners elect the board members at the annual meeting. Immediately following the meeting, the elected board members meet and select the Chairperson, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary.
